The Baltimore Greenway Trails is a 35-mile network of urban trail that encourages biking in Baltimore by linking neighborhoods, cultural amenities and outdoor resources. "One third of city residents lack access to a car, and access to safe, reliable transportation options" thus making the vision one that improves on increased social mobility and prioritizes the need for livable streets.
